One of the reasons radio is a dominant medium in Guatemala is because of the channel it uses, a medium accessible to the population, since a transistor radio is within reach of a large segment of Guatemalans and the vast majority of cars have radios, so with the traffic we experience in Guatemala City, all we have left is listening to the radio.
